Freddie Lee Callis, 82, of Edna passed away on March 9, 2013. She was born Dec. 30, 1930 to the late Ora Barnes Gipson and Eugene Robinson.
She is survived by her husband W.G. Tones, daughter Frianita Wilson, son Freddie Ray Callis, sisters Marie Callis, Corrine Robinson and brother L.E. Robinson, and gradnchildren Ellis Callis, Demetrius Wilson, Brittany Butler, and Vernon Williams, and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Ora Diane Callis and sister Minnie Gardener.
Visitation will be Friday, March 15 from 9-11 a.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church, 604 MLK Drive, in Edna. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on on March 15 at Shiloh Baptist Church follwed by interment in Mount Olive Cemetery.
