Meridayle McDonald

 

Meridayle McDonald, born May 17, 1952, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2013, in Ganado.  
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy and Theodore M McDonald.  
She is survived by one daughter, Jodayle Worsham, five grandchildren, Cheyenne Worsham, Rocky Worsham, Rowdy Kiolbassa, and Memphis Kiolbassa all of the home, and Lillian Jarvis of Youngstown, Ohio. She is also survived by her dear cousin, Linda Gartman, of Ganado, and one brother, Randy McDonald, of Plano; and niece and nephew, Shea and Ty McDonald.
A memorial service is planned for April 6 at 11 am at the First Baptist Church in Portland.

Janet K. Anders, 41 of Fort Smith, Ark., died on Sunday, March 17. 
She was born on Feb. 11, 1972 in El Campo, to Dorothy Kollaja and Kenneth Ray Anders.
She was preceded in death by her father. 
Survivors include her mother and stepfather Leonard Kollaja, both of Edna; daughters Heather of Kentucky and Jennifer Porter of Houston; sisters, Dorothy S. of Giddings, Agnes Long of Yoakum and Karen Steele of Edna and numerous aunts, uncles and nieces.
Services are pending.

Sue Atkins Kossler

 

Sue Atkins Kossler, 63, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013, in Fort Worth.
Sue was born April 17, 1949, in Winnfield, La., to Hansel and Chloe Mae Atkins. She was a kindergarten and first grade teacher for over 30 years and retired from the Northwest School District. Sue was always extending her hand to her students and families in need of support. A born and bred South Texas girl, Sue was an avid lover of animals, country music, and chicken fried steak.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Jimmy Atkins.
She is survived by daughters, Kristianne Kossler Nabong and husband, Mark, and Tracy Suzanne Kossler; and her brother, Johnny Atkins.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your local animal shelter.
