Adam Robert Hubenak, 44, passed away on Monday March 18, 2013. He was born Feb. 8, 1969 in El Campo to Leona Hubenak Coxwell and the late Joseph Hubenak. He worked as an operator at Formosa. He also proudly served his country in the U.S.Army for 6 years and 9 months.
Survivors include his mother, Leona; sisters, Linda Kocurek, Leanna Janik and husband Donald, Earline Hubenak, Anna Krenek, Amelia Betz and husband Glen, Nattlie Hubenak, and Chanda Conger and husband Travis Conger; and brothers, Johnny Kocurek, David Kocurek, Joseph Hubenak and wife Kim, Clifford Hubenak, Audion Hubenak and Luke Coxwell and wife Amberly.
Visitation was Saturday, March 23 from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m., with a Rosary being recited at 9:30 a.m. Services were at 10 a.m. at Assumption Catholic Church in Ganado, with Rev. Michael Lyons officiating. Interment followed at St. Procopious Catholic Cemetery in Louise, with Rev. Clem Quainoo officiating.
In lieu of usual contributions, the family requests that contributions be made to the Adam Hubenak Memorial Fund at Citizens State Bank (branches in Ganado and Edna) for funeral expenses.
