Lawrence Spicer

Lawrence "Larry" Spicer, 74, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2013. He was born in Clare, Mich .on Oct. 18, 1938, to the late Floyd and Myrtle Spicer.

Larry worked in the oilfield. He is survived by his wife, Rita, daughters, Anita Jones and husband Dave, Robin Spicer-Dellaperuto and husband Vincent, Linda Phillips, Shirley Kondracki and husband Joseph, Bermetta Spicer, Mary Jo Marcum and husband Brian, Bianca Spicer, Darlene Kitchens and Dawn Buchholz and husband Steve; son, Larry, Jr.;  stepson, Darrel Campbell and wife Carole, Ralph Craig and wife Patti, Lonnie Craig and wife Janie, Mike Craig and wife Lydia, and Pat Craig and wife Carol; sisters, Doris Zucker and husband Ed, Jan Tomaski and husband Ed, and Jeannie  Bole and husband Larry; brothers, Don Spicer and wife Shirley, and Jerry Spicer and wife Bobbie. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. 

He was preceeded in death by his parents, sisters, Dot Gingery, Susie Bole, Helen Spicer, and Ester Spicer; brothers, Ed, Bill, Ray, Bob, John, Jimmy Spicer; and grand-daughter, Jamie Truax. 

Visitation is Thursday March 21 from 5 - 8 p.m. at the Ganado Funeral Home, 800 So. Third St. Ganado. Graveside services will be Friday, March 22 at 10 a.m. at the Assumption Catholic Cemetery, with Rev. Michael Lyons officiating.
