Boone said the sheriff’s office received an anonymous call that marijuana was being grown at a residence at 716 Gilbert St.

Kyle Gregory and his wife, Diana Gregory, were both arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail. Diana Gregory was later released, Boone said, with no charges pending. The couple did not live at the residence where the marijuana was located.
Kyle Gregory is currently on probation and has a pending DWI charge, Boone added.
