Going bald for a cancer cure

 

Luke Green’s big heart drove him to shave his head to help out a little girl named Sydney Kallus at the 1st Annual St. Baldrick’s Brave to Shave, an event that funds pediatric cancer research, on March 29 at Schroeder Hall.
The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity committed to funding the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long, healthy lives. As of press time, the foundation had raised a total of $22,951,810 in 2015.
