Citizen of year nominated

Roy Ortolon of Edna was named Citizen of the Year. Ortolon was nominated for his talents and willingness in improving social awareness and participating in community events. Specific events he assists with are Flag City Opry and a pictorial history of Edna he produced, along with other photographic chronicling of Edna.
