Carl Edward Coleman , Sr. 63, of Vanderbilt went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Aug. 8, 2013. He was born July 19, 1950 to Hebron and Martha Coleman.
He is survived by his children, Christopher Coleman (Stephanie) of Bryan, Carl Coleman Jr.(Tabatha) of Port Lavaca, Jennifer Partridge (Joel) of Spring, Brandon Coleman (Nicole) of Spring, Tonya Wollcott (Chris) of Arkansas and Nancy Noonan of Maine. He is also survived by his brothers William Coleman (Bonnie) of Edna, Clay Coleman(Grace) of Sugar Land; his sisters Connie Wheeley (David) of Cuero, and Laverne Hudson(Nolan) of Cuero and 16 grandchildren.
He is proceeded in death by his father, Hebron "Lloyd" Coleman and mother Martha "Evelyn" Coleman and a grandson, Lincoln Coleman.
Visitation was Saturday, Aug. 10 from 6 - 8 p.m. at Slavik Funeral Home. Funeral services were Sunday, Aug. 11 at 2 p.m. at Slavik Funeral Home. Burial was at Red Bluff Cemetery in Lolita.
Services are under the direction of Slavik Funeral Home 209 N. Allen St. Edna, Tx , 361-782-2152.
