ESD 3 set to negotiate with City of Edna

ESD 3 commissioners took the first step towards deciding who will provide fire and EMS protection for the residents of the Edna ISD. The commissioners met on July 30 at the Chamber.
Before discussion began on the bids submitted by the City of Edna and Jackson County Hospital District, Commissioner D.J. Bell reassured his position on the board and as a member of the Edna Volunteer Fire Department did not present a conflict of interest.
