Why is organic better? If you choose an organic fruit, why are there different labels? Why should you care? It’s more expensive, so what makes it worth it?
At Knopp Branch Farm in Edna, organic ultimately means taste and flavor. Buy a piece of organic fruit. Rinse it off and bite into it. Taste it. The sweet difference is there in the juices and nutrients, it’s on your tastebuds.
Intentionally meant as a small garden with access to water, Donna and Ernest Roth turned out to have much more than they expected – a life of passion that should have started sooner.
