Thieves break in to county services building

A break-in occurred at the Jackson County Services Building Sunday night or Monday morning, according to Edna Police Officer Michael Yaws. At least one person breached more than one office in the building, rifled through and stole many items, including a small refrigerator, digital camera, laptop computers, a green vacuum, home equipment and sentimental Eeyore stuffed animals. Juvenile Probation Officer Willie Caesar and Police Investigator Mike Yaws inspect a desk top for a shoe print left behind in the juvenile probation office.
