Library offers reading program geared to teens

Jackson County Teens, ages 13 – 19, are encouraged to participate in “Beneath the Surface,” the Jackson County Memorial Library’s teen summer reading program.
Teens are invited to come to the library and read for prizes such as Amazon gift cards as well as to take part in special events offered throughout the program. Planned programs include Under the Earth on Thursday, July 11 from 5:30 – 6:45 p.m. and Under the Sea on Thursday, July 18 from 5:30 -6:45 p.m.
