If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this cita­tion by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of forty-two (42) days after the date of issuance of this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you.”
You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answe to the Plaintiff’s Peti­tion at or before 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday after the expiration of forty-two (42) days from the date of is­suance hereof, being at or before 10:00 a.m. on Mon­day, the 17TH day of July, 2017, before the Honorable District Court of JACKSON County, at the Courthouse in County in Edna, Texas. Said Plaintiff’s Petition was filed in said court on the 1st day of May, 2017 in the above entitled cause.
A brief statement of the na­ture of this suite is as fol­lows, to-wit: The Depart­ment of Family and Protec­tive Services has brought an action for Protection of a Child, for Conservatorship, and for Termination in Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship concerning your child.
If this citation is not served within ninety (90) days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
