Industrial grad assists in VC win

VICTORIA – Sophomore Jake Schulte, an Industrial High School graduate, scored 14 points Wednesday night to help Victoria College Pirates take a 92-79 Texas Collegiate Club Sports League win over the University of the Incarnate Word at VC’s Sports Center.
VC’s Desean Green led all scorers with 27 points. Randy Perales had 19 and Austin Wehling added 16 for the Pirates, who reached a 9-4 record after the win.
