Cowboys and Indians win district track titles

The Edna Cowboy and Ganado Indian boys track teams won district championships this past week. Edna’s District 30-2A Championship came in Goliad April 8-10 and Ganado took the District 29-1A gold April 10 in Yorktown. The Edna girls finished second with Industrial’s girl right behind them in third. The Industrial boys came in fifth and Ganado girls team finished eighth.
The top two places for 2A and top four place for 1A all advance to Regionals at Converse Judson April 26.
