Cobra matches prepare team

    The Industrial Cobras competed in a Tri-Match with Yoakum and Shiner on Sept. 1 and won both matches.

    The Industrial J.V. defeated Yoakum 25-23, 25-13 and Shiner 25-7, 25-13.
    The Industrial freshman defeated Yoakum 25-21, 29-27 and Shiner 25-22, 25-15.
    The Cobras will have played Calhoun on Sept. 8 and will play Ganado at home on Friday, Sept. 11, with varsity at 4:30 p.m.
    “The constant playing has helped the girls with real game situations and has given them the opportunity to grow as a team and gain confidence under pressure,” said Jenna Treybig. “They are working well together and figuring things out.”
