Trial set for man charged with EYFL theft

The trial for Harold Lamont Wilkins has been rescheduled to Feb. 12. Wilkins was arrested and released on bond on Sept. 17, 2014, and was indicted by a grand jury for felony theft of property.
His trial was delayed on Jan. 8. Wilkins, 37, of Edna allegedly stole more than $1,500, but less than $20,000 from Rick Boone and the Edna Youth Football Association and did so in one scheme or on a continuing course of conduct that began on or about June 4, 2014 and continued until on or about June 30, 2014.
