Two vehicles collide, injuries reported

We have a report of a two-car collision near the Lavaca County line on U.S. Highway 111 near Lavaca River Bridge. A person is trapped in a vehicle who is unconscious and claims he has a broken leg and another individual who is on the ground. One vehicle is on its side. Traffic was blocked off. 
Update: According to Gerald Bryant, Department of Public Safety spokesman, Victoria's William Massey, 26, was traveling east on U.S. Highway 111 at the Lavaca River Bridge in a 2011 GMC Yukon when he crossed into oncoming traffic and struck a 2013 Chevrolet pick up truck that was driven by Jacoby Bussell, 22, of Edna. Bussell was taken to Citizen's Medical Center in Victoria where he was listed in stable condition. Trooper Matt Southall is investigating the wreck.
