Daniel Peralez Sr.

    Daniel Peralez, Sr., 52, of Edna passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2014. He was born on April 28, 1962 in Ganado to the late Juan and Georgia Gonzales Peralez. Daniel worked for Jackson County Feed Store.
    Survivors include his loving wife, Connie Sanchez Peralez; daughters, Angelina Peralez, Annabel Peralez; all of Edna; sons, Alfonso Vasquez of Edna, Jose Vasquez of San Antonio, Daniel Peralez, Jr. of Edna; brothers, Manuel Peralez of Victoria, Steve Peralez of Corpus Christi, Raymond Peralez of Victoria, Jesse Peralez of Indianapolis, Martin Peralez of Alvin, Buddy Peralez of Victoria; sisters, Sheila Peralez, Gloria Chavez, Rachael Figirova all of Victoria, Mary Jane Gonzales of Edna, Beatrice Salazar, Stella Partida both of Victoria and ten grandchildren.
    Visitation was  Sept. 26, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Rosewood Funeral Chapel with a rosary at 7 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial was at 10 a.m. on  Sept. 27 at Our Lady of Victory Cathedral with Rev. Gary Janak officiating. Interment followed in Resurrection Cemetery.
    Pallbearers will be Homer Perez, Dale Steffek, Kenny Ballin, Johnnny Cervantez,Robert Zarate, Paul Tristan, Cruz Suniga and Patrick Gonzales. Honorary pallbearers are Albert Zamora and Louis Figirova
