Browning returns to council

Richard Browning, left, former mayor and councilman for the City of Edna, was once again sworn into office to serve District 1 as its council representative. Browning replaces Justin Bonnot who moved out of the city. Browning was given the oath of office by City Secretary Becky Miska at the May 1 council meeting.
