The Maidens (7-5) played a basketball game against Victoria Cobra HomeSchool on Dec. 17, and won 52-28.

Valeria Garcia scored nine points, six rebounds and three steals, while Sarah Novak scored eight points, three rebounds and four steals. Cheyenne Galindo scored four points and a rebound, plus Emma Weschler’s two points and a steal. Desirea Vasquez had two steals and two assists, plus Sierra Salazar’s rebound, two steals and an assist. Jordan Banda had three steals and an assist, plus Ashley Allen’s rebound and a block.
