Students reads book to class

Emily Proper, a kindergarten student at Edna Elementary School, read Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer to Melba Lowery's Pre-K class during literacy time. The Pre-K students have been learning the alphabet letters and sounds. Emily talked to the class about the importance of learning their letters and the sounds. She told them that one day they will learn to read just like her. Emily is the daughter of Timothy and Sonya Proper.
