Chamber Chatter

April seems to have literally flown by. There are lots of changes going on at the Chamber. We would like to wish Merrill and her family the best and also thank her for all of her hard work at the Chamber.

We are still accepting applications for a part-time Administrative Assistant here at the Chamber. All applicants should have a great personality and excellent computer skills. If you, or someone you know would be interested, please stop by the Chamber for an application.

The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture board of directors is currently seeking two Chamber Members in good standing to fill vacant positions on the board. If you are interested or know someone who would be a great addition, please submit a letter of interest or recommendation to the Chamber Office.

Congratulations again to our April Business of the Month YK Communications. Stop by their retail store in Ganado and check out all they have to offer. If you have a favorite Jackson County Chamber Business you would like to nominate for this honor please contact the Chamber office.

We will be having a ribbon cutting for the new Ganado EMS Station at their open house from 5-6 p.m. on Thursday, April 27. The facility will be open to the public for tours and light refreshments will be provided.

We would also like to extend a warm welcome to our new members Top Hand Feed located in La Ward and Grace Fellowship Baptist Church in Edna. We will be having ribbon cuttings for them soon.
