Billie Marie Wiggins Clement

A memorial service for Billie Clement will be held on Saturday, June 4 at 10 a.m. at La Ward United Pentecostal Church in La Ward with the Reverends Kendall Graves, Mike Williams and Tim Sanchez officiating.     Billie Marie Wiggins Clement, 88, of La Ward, formerly of Sour Lake, passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at Port Lavaca Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.     Billie was born Dec. 2,1927 to Claude Edward and Addie Mae Kelley in Blox, Texas. She was the leader of her ladies auxilary club at her church.     She was a life long resident of Texas, and was a member of the La Ward United Pentecostal Church.     Billie is preceded in death by her husband, Otis Clement; her parents, Claude Edward and Addie Mae Kelley; brothers, Joe Edward Kelley, Jim Kelley and sister, Pat Pharis.     She is survived by her sons, Larry Wiggins and wife Pat of Groves, Michael Wiggins and wife Becky of La Ward, Glynn Clement and wife Polly of Winnie, and David Clement and wife Marion of Kingwood; daughters, Tina Marie Murphy of Sour Lake, Paula Votaw of Sour Lake, Sharon Shanell of Oklahoma City, Roxanne Haygood and husband Shane of Sour Lake, Darlene Tristan and husband Donnie of La Ward, Kathy Bertrand of Winnie, Belinda Rigbsy and husband Norman of Winnie; brothers, Tommy Kelley of Silsbee, Johnny Kelley and wife Janice of Hampshire Fannett, Bobby Kelley and wife Cathy of Vidor, and sister, Joy Bonnette and husband Eddie of Jasper, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.     The family received friends on May 8 at Apostolic Lighthouse Church of Sour Lake. A service of remembrance was held May 9 at Apostolic Lighthouse Church of Sour Lake with Rev. Mike Williams officiating. Interment followed at Davis Cemetery of Beulah Springs in Jasper County.
