   The Jackson County Grand Jury has handed down 17 indictments.
   Indictments are as follows:
   Jennifer Lee Cuellar, 31, of Refugio, Possession of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1, cocaine, state jail felony.
   Dayana Abigail Castillo, 20, of La Ward, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, second degree felony.
   Michael Austin Hernandez, 20, of Edna, two counts Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Family Violence, second degree felony; two counts Assault Family Violence – Impede Breath, third degree felony.
   Karen Nicole Segura, 24, of Ingleside, Driving While Intoxicated, Third or More, third degree felony.
   John William Oehlke, 24, of Cuero, Possession of CS – PG 3, Hydrocodone, third degree felony.
   Virginia Guadalupe Recio, 29, of Houston, Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility, third degree felony.
   Guillermo James-Carmona, 45, of Mission, DWI, third or more, third degree felony.
   Clayton Wayne Curlee, 28, of Edna, two counts Theft of Stainless Steel/Copper/Brass, state jail felony.
   Larry Edward Garza, 42, of Edna, 23 counts Credit /Debit Card Abuse, state jail felony.
   Jose Pena Jr., 46, of Houston, Burglary of a Habitation, second degree felony, enhanced by habitual; Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Felon, third degree felony, enhanced by habitual.
   Stephen Ray Lowe, 41, of Lolita, Theft with two or more previous convictions, state jail felony.
   Jeffrey Dupree Robinson, 33, of Edna, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, second degree felony, enhanced by habitual; Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, third degree felony, enhanced by habitual.
   Thomas Patrick Mahoney, 58, of Ganado, DWI third or more, enhanced to second degree felony.
   Juan Carlos Vasquez, 29 of Houston, DWI with Child Passenger, state jail felony,
   Tyrall Randle, 26, of Houston, Injury to a Child – Intentionally or Knowingly by Omission, first degree felony; Injury to a Child – Recklessly by Omission, Severe Bodily Injury, second degree felony.
   Joe David Garcia, 46, of Refugio,  Tampering with Physical Evidence, enhanced to second degree felony.
   Naquin Aundre Parson, 30, of Edna, Injury to a Child, Intentionally or Knowingly, SBI, first degree felony; Injury to a Child, recklessly, SBI, second degree felony.
