In the city of Ganado, Mayor Clinton Tegeler has asked that people stay off the streets due to the flooding. There are reports of more than 12 inches of rain falling there in the past 12 hours. Tegeler said homes and businesses are getting water in them when vehicles drive past. It is reported that Devers Creek Park is under water.
