Cobras take first

    The Industrial Cobra volleyball team took the first place trophy at the Ganado Tournament on Aug. 21-23. Coach Donna Ragsdale said the team did a great job. “We are really starting to come together working hard to prepare for district play,” she said. “It will be here quick.”
    The Cobras had three wins on Thursday, Aug. 21, one against St. Paul, 25-20 and 25-8, another against Tidehaven, 25-5 and 25-19, and lastly against West Columbia 25-18 and 25-9. On Friday, Aug. 22, the Cobras beat out Boling, 25-19 and 25-18, and sealed their first place in pool play.
