Chamber sponsors Texas Friendly workshop

The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture is sponsoring a Texas Friendly Customer Service workshop on Thursday, Aug. 14 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Chamber. It is put on by UHV Small Business Development and Texas AgriLiffe Extension. Texas Friendly customer service workshops teach participants how to manage and enhance the delivery of quality customer service, which we know is vital to the success of a business. Folks, poor customer service can kill a business, so take advantage of this opportunity. The cost is just $10 per person, which is a small investment that will reap rewards.
