Good samaritan saves kids

Two students at Edna Elementary School got a scare last week when they were attacked by a swarm of bees on the way to school.
According their grandmother Juliet Franklin, Dorian Norman, 10, and Serenity Jones, 5, were walking to the school on Apollo Drive on May 22.
“They were walking by Lavaca St. when they were attacked by the swarm of bees,” Franklin said. She said Dorian began running to get away from the bees, but his sister Serenity soon got left behind.
