Rose - Turner set date

Brenda Rose and David Rose of Edna announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Dru Rose to Barret Nash Turner, son of Scott and Mary Turner of Corpus Christi. Rachel is the granddaughter of Melva Maresh of Lolita and the late E.T. and Laura Rose. She is a 2012 graduate of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in marriage and family counseling. She is a licensed professional counselor-intern and is working on achieving her full license. Barret is the grandson of Jeanne Baish of Corpus Christi and the late Col. Charles Baish and the late S.M. and Johnnie Turner. He is a 2010 graduate of Del Mar College in Corpus Christi automotive program, earning five certifications in automotive. He is a mechanic at Service 1st in Edna. The couple will exchange vows at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Raisin L. Ranch in Victoria.
