Wanda B. Bryant

    Wanda B. Bryant, 53 of Edna Texas passed away Jan. 11, 2014 at her home. She was born Nov. 5, 1960 to the late Lizzie B. Turner and Rudolph Littlejohn.  Wanda was raised by the late Superintendent Andrew Jordan Sr., and Mrs. Johnnie Jordan.
    Wanda is survived by her husband Felton Bryant; daughters Latasha Norman and Kashaena Handaway; sons Tyrol E. Norman (Kendra) and Ronnie Norman Jr. (Felicia); sisters Annie R. Gipson of Houston, Jacquilyn Turner of Rosenberg, Terrilyn Turner, Janice M. Turner, and Myrtle Ware; brothers Andrew Jordan Jr., Rondy K. Turner, Rudolph O. Littlejohn Jr. and numerous relatives and friends.
    Wanda is also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
    Wanda is preceded in death by her parents; sisters Vaurice Rue, Beverly Barnes, Patricia Turner and Irine Brown; and brothers Maurice Turner, Carswell Turner and Andrew Turner.
    Visitation will be Friday, Jan. 17 at Cook-Butler Funeral Home, 316 N. Peabod, Edna from 1 to 8 p.m. and funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan. 18, at Shiloh Baptist Church, 604 Martin Luther King Drive, Edna at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Sayles Cemetery.
