FUMC and Girl Scouts bring cheer to soldiers year-round

The holidays are always a time for cheerful warmth surrounded by family, and when it spreads to circles further than that, the joy is it spreads is palpable. The people from the First United Methodist Church in Edna and Technical Sergeant Michael Powell in Afghanistan have done just that for troops working near Powell.
