Field of Honor extended

Due to the amazing response by the local area citizens, the dates of operation for the Field of Honor have been extended for one week. The Field of Honor will be inactivated on Sunday, June 9 with a closing ceremony at 8 p.m. and Taps at 9 p.m. 
Sponsors who wish to pick up their flags may do so between 5-7 p.m. on Monday, June 10 and Tuesday, June 11. 
Director of Warrior's Weekend Michael Petrash said anyone who wishes to assist the Field of Honor team in the final clean up to join them on the field at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12.
The Warrior's Weekend Field of Honor team wishes to express their appreciation for your support, enthusiasm and patriotism throughout this season. 
"Thank you for honoring the Veterans and encouraging our wounded warriors with your flag sponsorships," Petrash said.
