Welcome to Richard Browning Lane

The Edna City Council surprised former mayor and councilman Richard Browning by changing the name of his street from Marvin St. to Richard Browning Lane. Mayor Joe Hermes made the announcement at the April 18 council meeting, and the council approved the ordinance making the name change official. The street name change will be effective June 1.
