Jeanette Krejci

Jeanette Krejci, of Edna, passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at the age of 74. She was born May 5, 1938 in Shiner to the late James and Mary Braun Jaks.
Jeanette was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and she will be missed dearly.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Johnson of Edna; son, Mark Krejci, of Sugarland; grandchildren, T.J. Johnson and Zak Krejci.
Jeanette is preceded in death by her parents, husband of 50 years, Edward Krejci; sisters, Evelyn Vincik and Joyce Jaks; brother, Walter Jaks.
Visitation will be 5-7 pm, with Rosary at 7 pm, Thursday, April 18 at 7 p.m., at Oaklawn Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be Friday, April 19, 2013, at 10:30 am at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Edna. Rev. Michael Petering will be officiating. Burial will follow at Red Bluff Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be T.J. Johnson, Jack Beasley, John Marek, Charles Sheblak, Francis Blanchard, Albert Andel.
Honorary pallbearer will be Bobby Sheblak.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 4401 Lilac, Victoria, Texas 77904.
Arrangements are under the direction of Oaklawn Funeral Home in Edna 361-782-2221.
