Camilla "Punkin" Bader Moss

 

Camilla “Punkin” Bader Moss, 65, of Horseshoe Bay died Saturday, April 13 surrounded by her loving family. She was born Sept. 21, 1947 in Pensacola, Fla. to Dr. Joseph and Mary Bader.
Punkin graduated from Edna High School in 1965 and the University of Texas in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science degree in education (mathematics and business.) She later earned a Master of Science degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi. After raising her children, Punkin returned to teaching high school math. She taught for 20 years in Corpus Christi, Pflgerville, and Austin before her retirement to Horseshoe Bay in 2010.
She was preceded in death by her parents. 
She is survived by son, Jody Moss and wife Michelle of Colleyville; daughter Shelly Moss of Dallas; sisters Marijo Carlson and Laura Bader-Brown; and grandchildren, Christopher and Makayla.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 18 at 1 p.m. at Horseshoe Bay Resort Marriott Yacht Club Ballroom with Tim Denton, Hospice chaplain officiating.
