Second time's a charm

It’s not his first retirement, even after 23 years in the City of Edna’s employ. Retiring the first time after 21 years in the service with the Marines and Army, followed by another 23 as one of public service as Edna EMS and fireman, Doug Kelley will take a little time to serve himself.
