Joyce Storz

Joyce Marie Braddock Storz, of Edna, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013, at the age of 69. She was born August 7, 1943, in Ganado, to the late Tom Henry and Ada Brothers Braddock.
Joyce loved her cats, sewing and her Dallas Cowboys. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother and she will be missed dearly.
She is survived by her husband, William Andrew Storz of Edna; son, Billy Storz and his wife Melissa of Edna; sister, Barbara Blanchard of Marble Falls; brother, Larry Braddock and his wife Sue of Cedar Park; grandson, Andrew Remington Storz and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother in law, Don Blanchard.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 4, 2013, 5-7 p.m., at Oaklawn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, April 5, also at Oaklawn Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Billy Storz, Curtis Creamer, David A. Storz, Rusty Johnson, Duane Muncrief and Andy Janca.
Honorary pallbearers are Jerry Storz, Larry Braddock, Larry Blanchard and her grandson, Andrew Remington Storz.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Happy Tails Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 1305 Edna, Texas 77957.
Arrangements are under the direction of Oaklawn Funeral Home in Edna. 361-782-2221.
