John and Olivia Jarratt of Edna announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Justine Lea Jarratt, to Jacob Daniel Wells, son of Charles and Linda Wells of Boerne. The bride-elect is a cum laude graduate of University of Houston/Victoria and is employed at Coastal Title Company in Edna. The prospective groom is a graduate of Texas State University and is employed by Alamo Concrete. The couple will exchange vows on April 8, 2017 at The Sanctuary in Edna.
